TOPIC | Theme Week: Rainbow Dragons!

This is Panaeolus! He was one of the first dragons I hatched on FL(his mom is a Wildclaw because I didn't know that different dragons had different breed rarities and egg cooldowns)
He languished in my Hibden for a while before I decided I wanted to show off his pretty colors, then the Eye Update came out and I realized that Plague Primal would fit PERFECTLY with his aesthetic. His outfit was a bit trickier to figure out, I wanted to add to his colors without obscuring his body too much, I think I hit a good balance though.
