My glittery boy Naois! I think that he fits the theme with his epic starsilks and his fun accent. ^_^ <3
Ooo! I really love the cosmos as a theme, but strangely I don't have too many dragons that actually embody it. Here are the three that I thought fit this week's theme best!

Astra appears to be adorned in a multitude of stars, a sunset haze clouding their glow.

Eurus is not a galaxy, but a fractured cosmos. The starlight that remains on his scales glows a sickly green.

Crystal is a child of the stars, and constellations move at her command. (incidentally, she happens to be my sort-of dragon sona! yes i love being a starchild. hehe)

Suisei literally means "comet", which is how this girl got her name! She flew too high as a child, aiming to get closer to the stars she loves so dearly, and fell back down in a streak of blue fire. The fall changed her wings to match the starry patterns she was after, and has lost the ability to fly from the burnup despite being Fireborn. Now she watches and charts them, always aiming for the day she can fly up after them again.

Arcturus is and was the astronomer long before Suisei, and was the one to help teach her about the stars. He's very touch adversed, though his mate Robin is helping him out with that.

Luna was the first astronomer and horologist before either Arcturus or Suisei, but is currently retired, though she happily tells stories about the stars and reads horoscopes for any who ask.

Being, the sentient nebula, born from the detritus of a dying star; it drifts from galaxy to galaxy, consuming those slow enough to remain in its path- a lightyears-long scavenger. Those in its way ought to be wary- though it is intelligent, a Being is not a person. They are a many-willed locality, an aspect of reality, or an actualized idea. They do not act to help, or to hurt, or to understand. They act to perpetuate their own existence, or act just because they can.

i love starry dragons... i have a bunch with this theme, and in my mind they're kind of their own subspecies of dragons, but here's two as examples- knight and astronaut!

then on another interpretation... being the most arcane of all my arcane dragons, esper is very familiar with the stars and how to read them, possibly even more than the more space-y dragons
