You'd be surprised with older cats and how sturdy they are, don't give up hope! Have you tried finding a facebook group for your local area that is centered around missing pets? I know no one uses facebook anymore, but those groups can be surprisingly helpful! Also, try to keep putting out wet cat food. I wish you luck and hope some of these dragons make you feel a bit better!

They're such a gorgeous kitty, I'm so sorry! I have two cats and I don't even want to imagine the heartbreak of that :( But don't lose hope! Cats are incredibly intelligent creatures, and it's only been four days - they can't have gone far, and I'm hopeful that they'll come back. If you've lived in the same place for the 9 years you've had them and they frequently goes out there's no way they'd just forget where home is!
As everyone says, ask your neighbours, put up a few flyers, and keep an eye out!
