Wow she is excellent. I generally prefer weathered and opal, but if you have an accent/skin in mind that could affect things.
Edit: Have you looked at Rangsky's Anubis skins? It really suits wintercoat and opal.

But I actually like Wintercoat the best of these 3! Idk, it helps mimic the stripes on a flag more? I can't quite place my finger on what makes it better that Weathered for me...

Oh, I love her!! Both Weathered and Wintercoat are stunning on her, though I'm personally partial to the latter :') Like SilverChilver said, for whatever reason, Wintercoat seems to mimic the stripes of the flag more accurately!
They're both great options, though, and she's beautiful either way!

Aesthetically, I like Weathered the most. It makes her look like she's covered in frost, which is super cute. But Wintercoat is more uniform and stripey.
