The High Matriarch Tenrhanaturhu, one of the two [i]turhu[/i] rulers of [i]Tsit Krh'akarhuza[/i], tells tales of her far-away homeland of Audzirhia. She came to Sornieth fleeing a terrible war between the lost race of man and the mighty Rhakadji dragons. Her stories of great, cavernous hollowed mountains and flags of every color and sheen imaginable inspire her hatchlings and, indeed, even her older clanmates. She speaks Rhaka'na, and her understanding of Sornieth's common language is limited...

Iskraturhu is the High Patriarch, the loving husband of Tenrhana. Though he is a Coatl and has trouble communicating with others himself, he translates Tenrhana's stories on paper, and from there, their stocky assistant Arhurizarh reads them aloud.

Cobra isn't so much a teller of stories as she is a [i]keeper [/i] of stories, but she's very, [i]very[/i] good at her job.

Eta, daughter of the clan leader, is the storyteller. She loves using movement and props and even dance to help tell her stories, and her performances are always well-attended, even by those who claim to be uninterested in mere tales. Of course, many of her stories are historical in nature, which makes them relevant to both fact-lovers and fiction-seekers alike.

Nisaba, sister to the reigning Empress, is the librarian. She and Eta have a fierce (yet friendly) rivalry over the merits of oral versus written history, and though they often argue, they also push each other to improve at their work and expand their boundaries. Because Nisaba is the champion for written stories, she isn't much of a teller - though she has been known to read aloud to hatchlings who haven't quite learned their letters yet. Not that she'll ever admit it.

And then there's Malakai, who has the position of lorekeeper. Unlike Eta and Nisaba, who work with specific stories, Malakai deals more in memories and emotions. Lobelia adores chatting and telling stories to any hatchlings in the den, but you're more likely to hear about random plants and frost patterns from her on any given day. (I haven't actually finished putting together her outfit but this is what she'll look like when I do get there!)

woodsong is the most prominent of them, i think, given that it’s the basis of her lore. she doesn’t have the right eye color to be nature rep unfortunately so her aesthetic is kind of out of place but i still adore her. she’s really good with hatchlings and dragonets and a lot of the clan leaves her to babysit for them.
