Roghen here is the one I think about would best fit this theme.
He's the lair Mech anche the only one who knows how to fix most of the stuff. Mostly by yelling at you for breaking it. He's good tho. He'd never really hurt anyone.
His charge is actually his construct who helps and hands him out the stuff he need when he's working. It's a cute little thing really.
