Ruby, his tert, does not match the Cantaloupe/Sunshine he's got going on. Plus his eyes are totally mismatched. So what genes am I supposed to give him? I debate on this before settling on Toxin for the secondary, because it puts just a little bit of red on his wings to work with the Ruby. Then I decide to roll with the eyes and make him a spiral, blowing them up considerably. Now the purple eyes are MUCH more noticeable. But how is this good?

The person who let me pick a free dragon from this clutch when I first joined was a little surprised I chose this dragon- Astra- because at the time her blood was underbelly I believe, and overall just clashed really weirdly with the otherwise matching beige and violet. But the stripes of the thylacine really go well with the stripes on the current, and thylacine's opacity gradient paints part of Astra's hide maroon, which helps sell the shift from beige to purple.

not the worst in the world, but I'm rarely a friend of greens, I was thinking of keeping it basic but I ended up going with spines and tossing tons of apparel over her since I couldn't (and still can't) find anything else that could make it look decent for me

I didn't want to give her Spines too, so went with Lace instead but it still sucks. Fireflies might work better for her, but I'm going to hold out for new Tert genes. Doesn't help that I came up with her lore before really thinking about Terts, and the Shadowy purple does not work well with a Acolight Priestess.

THis is Raspberry, whose tert is carmine and that does NOT go well with pink and purple, atleast not in these shades. I put Runes on her and gave her some apparel in red-pink shades and now she looks lovely.
