Nope, I don't know anything about Buffy other than it's based around vampires. Her name IS a reference though, Willow is a reference to Wispwillow, a Shadow subspecies she counts for. Oz is actually a reference too, but to something else entirely-something I think is a lot more obscure than Buffy
