His main magical duty is enchanting the thorny vine barrier around the border of the clan's territory, though he also acts a scribe to the clan (recording history, births, deaths, etc.). He's pretty gentle despite his appearance and Plague flight background. Being a Lightning dragon, his magical speciality is storm-related spells, though he also has some proficiency in using Water and Fire magic (due to his past clan being of the Water flight, and from interest in the subject, respectively). She specializes in illusion-based magic, as well as Nature and Shadow magic. Her love of magic came from her father, Caelum, and she is proud of her mixed heritage as a Nature-born dragon with Plague history.

While neither parent is strong in the magical arts, somehow Lyonnete became magically inclined. Spells and incantations came to her as easy as breathing. Lightning spells fly easily from her fingertips, aqua-blue lightning standing out against her stark, red wings. A bit more playful than her brother, Lyonnete likes to use her magic to entertain, as well as attack and protect. She enjoys seeing hatchlings' faces light up, as she arcs electricity from fingertip to fingertip. But lightning is powerful--she can create bolts that can easily paralyze an Imperial, and she can create shocks that can have other dragons' hair stand on end. Whatever she's in the mood for. Lyonnete has a bit of a brighter personality than Sergen, but she knows when to be serious when the time calls for it. She supports her brother on his scouting missions, and even accompanies him sometimes. While she too isn't much for battle, her spells can easily help them out of a tricky situation,should it be called for. Much to her brother's displeasure, she bought them matching jewelry as a gift.
