@VoxxVoleur Thank you again for your interest in my lore! I do enjoy the research once I get started; I've found it helps me write more easily, and I get more ideas that way, too. I think I'll actually be making a list of people who want to be pinged as well as people whose lore I should check out regularly. If nothing else, at least I'll always be reminded I have stuff to read. XD
Yup, I might swap Xave out in the future; there's actually a hatchery pair I have my eye on, but they haven't produced the colors I want yet. I also might start looking elsewhere when my lair's expanded.
Rivalen's lovely! She's hinted as being quite dangerous, a sort of magical femme fatale, so it was pleasantly jarring to see that she doesn't actually like being set apart from the other dragons. That was the part that made me go back and check while thinking, "I thought she was evil! ...Wait, it never said that. Was she evil to begin with?" I kind of want to give her a hug now. And then maybe sit down and chat with her over some hot cocoa. XD
Anemone's story was a pretty interesting read, too. The Earth Clan that first took her in might come as solace to some dragons, so it was really intriguing to see how and why she saw it as an unbearable place. And Rosaline, aaaaahhhh! Poor Rosaline. ='(
I love how you incorporated tidbits of FR's lore, too. I recently finished a piece for another user, set in the Plaguelands, and I facepalmed while I was reading your lore today because: "The Shattered Serpents would've been awesome to include."
Rivalen was fantastic again, especially with the two unnamed hatchlings, and Briar was also a pretty good character. The kind who makes your blood boil, but you can't get angry at her because you know where she's coming from and also she might kill you. Elara also piqued my interest. I checked her bio and was like, "Awww, so short!", but then I realized it worked well with Anemone's view of her. She does her own thing and maintains some mystery about herself, even after all the time they trained together.
I enjoyed reading your lore! Yes, feel free to send me a ping if there are any more you'd like to show off. I'm always in awe at how other writers can come up with stories for their characters. I mean, I do the same thing, too. But it never stops being amazing no matter who does it and how. :D
