I'd say this accent makes seraph looks unique and interesting despite the fact that seraph alone may look rather dull.
The color of azure also provides a comparatively high saturation light blue color in seraph.

His color theme is interesting enough to catch my eyes at first sight and become my favourite.
I'd never thought of putting that accent onto a dragon with white base and even red circuit, however it really does turn out good.

That half mask gives him a rather creepy look with the accent, meanwhile I also love how the NocN apparel added some elegance to him.
