Taarnfalk's stance, but I was thinking about it, and I feel that if you really wanted some sort of allusion to the draco name/theme for your pair (that I'm assuming are actual dracolycanthropes, because, if not, then I don't feel the name/reference should be used), you could use the term dracolycanthropy. ie A Study in Dracolycanthropy
That way you'd still be alluding to what they are without using the name of the entire subspecies for a pair. :)
