She keeps things on topic at cross clan/element meetings. The singular focus that makes her a grate den builder helps her with her less common job as an ambassador.

Meet Monsoon. He has been an ambassador to an allied Plague and Ice clan since he was old enough to do so, and on the side he acts as the Clan's shaman. As a result he's learned to use both magic and negotiation tools to help curb favour for his home.
His parents don't like that he's constantly putting himself in danger, but they trust he can handle himself.

She works things out through sheer bullheadedness. She's fully fluent in both coatl and standard language. As are all the ambassadors, for that matter.

Leopold Stotch/Butters the Merciful here is technically a clan ambassador. Mostly his job is to deliver mail so he needs to associate with other clans often, but he also greets new clan members and shows them the ropes.

Sequin is a wanderer by trade, exchanging rumors, news and tales for food and board. Though she is a bit eccentric and a hoarder of baubles, she is whip-smart and knows exactly how much to tell, and has an exacting memory of debts and alliances. Her strength is in that she is so easily liked- it is easy to forget that one so bright and boisterous can still have keen ears.
If you want to know who is connected to whom, or how to get deep into another land unnoticed, she's the dragon to ask. She is in charge of noting any stirrings that could endanger the clan, and keeping her clannmates up to date on the politics of the commonfolk and undergrounds.

He is a serious sort, with little patience for pranks or games, and Sequin's necessity rankles at him like nothing else. But he can also make compromises that stand the test of time, and isn't afraid to bite the bullet in order to ensure the stability of his clan.
