Meirleach is my favorite aviator in my clan, mainly because she worked so hard to earn her wings. When the apparel came out, I traded gems for a coat for the clan's phantom thief right away. :3

Her mother, [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=90671&tab=dragon&did=6970039]Preachan[/url], suffers from a mutation that has wasted her wings to the point of non-flight-functionality. Meirleach was unlucky in the genetic lottery, and while she doesn't quite have the same severity of wasting as her mother (thanks to her Nature blood fighting off the Plague-born illness), her wings are still very, very weak.
Luckily for her, she inherited her Lightning father's curious, inventive streak.
Unluckily for the rest of the clan, she also inherited some of his Spiral energy and mischievous nature. :P
She's tinkered, stolen, and grown her way to flight, mingling clockwork and nature to weave together prosthetic braces that allow her some aerial capability. She greatly enjoys flying, and can usually be found climbing up into high places so she can glide from them.
... Or just getting a better vantage point for planning her next heist or act of mischief. :B
