I feel like Circe here is a pretty fierce dragon. Probably fairly strong and good at fighting. Definitely will do anything to get revenge. Minor offenses might get some scratches, maybe a couple broken bones.

Ellie here is totally a kick butt warrior. Probably an expert in fighting in frigid temperatures, and makes sure to use it to her advantage. A blizzard with strong winds? Cool. That's what these steampunk wings are for. Now she can fly and the enemy can't.
And if they do get away? They're probably already infected by whatever strange cold-thriving virus or bacteria that lives on Ellie. They die. Alone. In a blizzard. They'll make a great addition to the trophies on her wings.
And she's got a weakness for small, fluffy bunnies.

My headcannon says that the bow is a gift from a secret admirer who thought it would match her mane just oh so perfectly. She wasn't flattered, though. Instead she was annoyed, so rather than wear it around her neck or horn she decided to wear it...well....

his goggles are far too big for his head so he's constantly having to push them up, but because of his steampunk wings, he also often jabs himself in the eye, not to mention with the heavy armor, just lifting his wing to do that is quite an exericse

As they push hatchlings on him and walk away he calls after them, "I HAVE SLAIN A HUNDRED BONE FIENDS! WITH ONE CLAW TRAPPED IN A POLARFREEZE TRAP!! .....I AM FEARED BY SO MANY BEASTS. SO MANY."

She's a lantern-maker who uses Light magic to ensure her creations never go out. I would imagine such things would be useful during the dark winters (assuming Ice goes months without sunlight like the real-world artic.)
