Yes, but my first thought with that bright green is typically "Nature!" On a dragon it is much easier to tell, but if I were to make a lair banner (without the Plague symbol) that was totally green, I really would expect the lair to be Nature, maybe even Wind. That's just my first thought on the idea, though.
