Plague Legacy: Generation 10

As you may remember from the previous Plague Legacy post, I was a bit worried about how this heir would come out. I am pleased to report that first of all, PinkEye and Episcleritis gave me a 5-egg nest! Not only that, but the heir took after his father in just about everything but race - meaning he's not pink at all! Hooray!! Of course, if you've been reading along, you will remember that this is not the final heir, but the final parent in the legacy, meaning I have one more generation to try to adjust any genes I still have issues with. Here he is:

His middle brother also came out pretty awesome - no pink genes, and wind primal! It probably bodes well for his future, even if it's not quite the best primal for his gene theme. Still, it works pretty well. This sibling was actually the first clutchmate named, (as Histamine) and inspired the naming scheme for the rest. He was originally White Jupiter / Strawberry Daub / Maroon Thylacine; he sold in less than 24 hours and already has a gene change!

The other three siblings all got the much-despised pink tertiary, though I feel like the other two males have just enough similarity between their secondary and tertiary for it to kind of work for them. The female just clashes, to my eyes, but considering the colors their mother was offering, I'm counting the clutch as pretty darn lucky over all. They all ditched the pink-range primary, for example! The biggest common downside is that none of them kept the white-range primary. Here are the other three:

Histamine immediately went on the auction house, in part because I can't buy a mate until I make more lairspace. I also have a number of dragons from previous generations that need to move on, though, and my semi-hiatus has slowed down that process. Hopefully we'll clear out the legacy hangers-on soon and get the last mate in the lair.
Edit 4/14/2023 I liiiiiive... and Ifinally have a final-generation consort:

You might recall me saying, back here, that I preferred the Gen 9 spare so much that I was going to try breeding her with the same consort and see if I actually got anything better. The actual heir is two posts above. Today, I hatched the "imposter heirs" nest.
This is the would-be imposter:

He's a double, white/sanguine/sanguine. Unlike Rhinitis (the actual Gen-10 heir) he has current, but both of them got their father's red tertiary. They are both just one off from the goal primary color of Antique, and they both got their father's sanguine secondary color, so in color terms they're actually pretty similar. They also both kept the jupiter primary and thylacine secondary. Overall, the imposter is a little better than the actual heir, but they're much much closer than their mothers were. I'll still try to get current back into the actual challenge bloodline if I can, but it's the last generation, so it's now or never. I doubt I have a chance on the tert color, I'd have to get super lucky with the mate.
That said...I finally sold a few dragons, so I do have room to look for the Gen 10 mate now. I should get on that.
Impost-heir has two siblings:
Sister

...is this the "manly mangenta" I've heard so much about? Sorry hatchling, but you're not right for my lair. Good luck at the auction house.

Ooh I wish you luck with the mate and the next gen hatchlings!!!
I gotta stop being lazy and finish my own legacy challenge too, but it's so hard to find the right mate.
@ShenziSwan
It's SO hard to find late-generation mates! The closer I get to the end, the more I need a mate that pretty much matches my goal dragon...and for whatever reason, they seem to be incredibly rare [emoji=spiral sad size=1] So yeah, I feel your pain on the mate-finding. Good luck!
