@cindertail aah thank you for your kind words, i'm flattered my work could inspire you! TT[emoji=heart size=1] i feel like i've never been really good at wording advice/tips and things like that, but i tried going through my artwork to try and get an idea of how i approach doing that and i think my answer is to... hide that area with clothing to make it look nice?? haha i did try making a quick sketch of one of my characters to show what my construction lines sort of look like: [img]https://i.imgur.com/CKhld6G.png[/img][img]https://i.imgur.com/KI9zqmB.png[/img] and here i tried identifying how i use that basic shape pattern in my sketches and such, with me scribbling them on some of my OCs' references and the rightmost being a concept sketch :') [img]https://i.imgur.com/XwcL86A.jpg[/img] i hope even just a bit of that can help you out!! i've been seeing winterberries in so many pictures of birds im glad to finally know what the plant is lol. like not to say the same dang thing again but really your designs are so cool you have such a distinct style and i can tell when its a character you created (which i won't lie has actually been a bit confusing when i said i keep seeing your designs when looking at the art sales).

@bulrush LOL glad to help?! when designing that character i had snow rabbit sculptures/yukiusagi in mind where they sometimes use berries for the eyes, so i figured it'd be fun to incorporate more of those rather than just flowers like i always do x,) in any case i really do appreciate the kind words, thank you T__T/ [emoji=familiar heart size=1] i'm flattered to hear that my style has become sort of recognizable haha! @koobi thank you so much, i appreciate even just the interest!! qwq [emoji=familiar heart size=1] good luck with the UMAs and such hfbghd
