Background/Lighting: Something like the equipped scene maybe? Spooky glowy. Maybe some blacklight-aesthetic elements. Probably stick with the green/blue/purple scheme. If you've got a different idea you think would be good feel free to go for it

That is a lovely dragon >.> I love his aesthetic so much, he reminds me of an aurora and labradorite.

What size do you envision him at? I know canon wise they are about the size of alligator but I didn't know that for the longest time and thought you might want him drawn at a larger size.

Honestly I don't think I've ever checked the size of a dragon, allegedly he's a little under a metre. I think more like 3 metres is how I would imagine Veils (lengthways, incl tail).
