ATLAS | The Lawless | The Last City | The Helicate

The ATLAS is an inter-planetary spaceship that hosts a bounty-seeking crew, controlled by the ATLAS Control AI System (ACAS). While the AI system was originally addressed as ACAS, it is now fondly addressed as Atlas, after the spaceship.

The ATLAS travels at 20,000km per hour during idle travel and is able to generate enough power for hypertravel to get from one planet to another in a few hours. The crew on board have a longstanding history with each other and get along well, but will often do their own things when reaching different planets in search of different bounties, jobs, and people.

The spaceship is currently hovering over Xorus, though its main dock is located in Silvis, just off the coast of the Shifting Expanse on Sornieth. ATLAS is able to stay in space for over eight months at a time, assuming supplies are full. However, it docks every three months at the nearest planet terminal for routine maintenance.

The crew is made up of mostly mercenaries who traverse the different planets in search of lucrative bounties.

ATLAS houses multiple services to ensure that the ship and crew can function.

Crew's Quarters
The crew's quarters are private sleeping areas for the crew of the ATLAS. Each quarter has a locked safe and is personalised to the owner's likings.

The Bridge
The bridge is where the commander controls the ship's entire functions including power, navigation, weapons, ventilation, and locks. The bridge is also where ACAS is stored.

Medical Bay
On the lowest deck closest to the ramp is the medical bay for easy access. It is run by Dr. Alistair Malakai and is equipped to handle even the most severe and extreme injuries that may be sustained.

Lounge
On deck two is the lounge, where crew can go to relax and have a drink served by one of the automated robots. There is also a small pantry next to the lounge where food can be prepared.

Engine Room
The engine room houses the eight engines that are used to power the entire ship. Power controls can also be manually controlled here in case of malfunctions that Atlas cannot fix.

Workshop
The workshop is where Blake spends most of his time, tinkering on new weapons whenever he isn't on some planet shooting and looting with Navire. While he is the one in charge of the workshop, he doesn't mind if others come down to borrow his things.

Firing Range
The firing range is where crew comes to test out weapons. It also doubles as an armoury and houses extra weapons, ammunition, and repair stations.

ATLAS | The Lawless | The Last City | The Helicate

Hidden away from the rest of the world at the end of a dangerous canyon filled with nothing but lifeless carcasses lies the dusty and forgotten town of Stagpoint. No one knows who built the town or why they picked the end of a canyon with no signs of life or resources other than dirt and heat. The town lacks much, its glory days having long since faded. Buildings are old and ruined, dust lining every surface. Fresh water is hard to come by, and the heat sears every form of life.

Despite these shortcomings, Stagpoint still has people living there, hardened enough to chew nails and spit 'em back out. Generations of families have lived and died in the town's small boundaries, working each and every day in a cycle of clockwork. Life in Stagpoint was boring and routine, until a pair of people showed up.

Stagpoint finally gained something new when two young lads, Kryzec and Jericho, appeared at the town's gates. They settled into the dusty old town, socializing and getting to know the people while their own motives for appearing remained hidden. Currently, Kryzec is known as the town's Sheriff and Jericho is Stagpoint's Judge. Along with several new friends and interested parties, they seek something powerful buried under the very sand the town is built upon.

Stagpoint is located in Carrion Canyon, right at the east end. Around all sides except west is high canyon walls, impossible for any resident to climb up, and too risky for attackers to fall down from. Their secluded and undesirable location has warded off most people from attacking them, for the risk is too high for a lack of reward from the dusty old town.

Josiah's Oasis
Named after Josiah Aguirre I, the oasis is the main source of water in Stagpoint. It is a small but fairly deep pond which serves as a water source for the farm as well. Water is not directly drank from the oasis. Instead, a simple pipe system runs underneath the ground to a water purifier that was obtained by Nicholas Mercy in a one-off business deal. The oasis is the only place fit for any plant that isn't built to withstand the desert's harshness.

Farm
The farm was also built by Josiah Aguirre I and remains standing today. It is currently in the care of Anton Steele and Russel Cameron, with Ada Morrow helping out from time to time. The farm grows wheat, ground vegetables, and an apple tree. It also previously did not have any animals, but thanks to Nicholas Mercy, it now has a pair of cows and some chickens.

Sheriff's Office
Despite its name, not only the Sheriff lives and works in the central building. Judge also occupies the building and is in there most of the day, unlike the Sheriff. If anyone has a complaint to submit or needs the Sheriff, the office is the place to go.

Bazaar
Where the residents of Stagpoint make most of their living selling vegetables, cloths, and where Nicholas Mercy comes to drop off his business from larger towns out of the canyon.

Inn
The inn is typically quiet, with very few visitors coming by. Most of the inn's business comes about during the hottest months and the monsoon seasons, when travelers looking to pass the canyon need to stop to ride out the bad weather.

Stable
The stable is manned by Julian McNile, and is home to seven horses. Occasionally, Nicholas Mercy takes the older horses out of town to sell, and comes back with younger, newer horses.

Outpost
The first line of defence for the town, the Outpost always has someone watching in case the other gangs that prowl the canyon decide to make an advance. The outpost is equipped with a rudimentary alarm system. When activated, all major lights in Stagpoint flicker on repeat. Sheriff, Julian McNile, and Judge are often the ones who respond to any threats.

Graveyard
The resting place of great and notorious former residents of the town, including Josiah Aguirre I, Victor Wellforth, and Helena Wellforth. Some pets are buried here, including Honesty, Josiah Aguirre I's famed horse.

Wellforth Manor
The largest private compound in Stagpoint, Wellforth Manor lies ten minutes on horseback away from the main town. Once a great settlement of the rich and glamorous Victor and Helena Wellforth, it now lies in ruins, slowly crumbling down as Alice Wellforth fails to take care of the house.
