You shoukd be able to use them with any available art program, even ms paint if you still have access to it!

Basically you just save one or more of the bases and you import it into your desired art program.

I finally got time to color one! I just love these bases! Though I at the time didn't have my real art program, so I had to color it on ms paint, but works great on ms paint!
