i started art college so i haven't had much time to draw for MYSELF in my time (i have a lot of work.. unfortunately not a lot of it caters to me wwww) but here's some things of notable importance: [b]a gift for my boyfriend: dated around october?[/b] [img]https://i.imgur.com/W00PSyQ.png[/img] [b]also october (i believe)! was a piece for a prompt in my drawing class: "Before and After". i decided to make it before and after trauma as a child. the stickers and rainbows and general colorfulness represent my child self before trauma (and to an extent - my self now) and the notes, void black background (TRUE notes out of my journal over my months here) are my self now. it represents a part of my personality that covers up my actual feelings with my obsessions instead - but the more you know about these obsessions and the more you peel away at them you see how empty and meager it really is. this piece was really important to me despite the poor critique it received from my professor. there's a lot to look at in here, so i have closer images up on my isnta!! [b]12/09/19[/b] [img]https://i.imgur.com/CC7rYzY.jpg[/img] new fursona!! i've never actually drawn furries before . . . so i was happy to try my hand at it today. this is "my king"!! i wrote his name as king on there, but it's actually my king. i like to think he is a projection of me in a few ways. these are just his markings. in actuality he'd be mostly covered up, it's just that i've yet to design his clothing.
