WELCOME TO ART CLASS!
So I've seen a bunch of you talk about how bad your human character's are, and I'm here hopefully to help you improve. So here's from one artist to another!
The most important thing to do is do it a lot and try a lot of different things!
This is a comprehensive list detailing what things are and how to work with them.
Experimenting is the key to improving your art, and doing it whenever you can will increase your skill.
My goal here is a community "funded" art guide, so if you're an artist and have anything you'd like to add, share it! I'll add your wisdom to the appropriate lesson and credit you!

1. Teacher's who have stars by their names are formally taught, those who do not are purely self taught and have learned what they know by their own means. This does not mean one is better than the other, just that their lesson may come straight from an art class.
2. Everyone learns in their own way, my goal here is to teach you the basics.
3. Practice and experiment, it's how you improve, so don't expect major results after taking this quick online browser game course.
4. My high school art teacher did this weird "approving smile" thing she does when she saw me teach a younger student the basics of a profile, so that's what makes me think I can do this.
