The "Look What You Dredged Up" achievement doesn't trigger on using a scroll (possibly only clanbound). I used a clanbound undertide scroll on this dragon yesterday, realized today that I still didn't have the achievement.

I searched the bug report forum and found only this thread addressing the matter, so I'm bumping it! I encountered the same issue: I used a clanbound scroll to breed change a dragon to Undertide, but did not receive the "Look What You Dredged Up" achievement.

The breed achievements only trigger if a dragon of that breed enters your lair, not if you use a scroll (I encountered that with the Surge accent, so it's not just Tides), for some reason.
