Despite changing browsers, re-logging in, clearing cache, and refreshing, I still can't access Crim's Collection Cart.

i joined 2015-08-13 i have not been able to view Crim's Collection Cart since signing up, i have cleared my cache and tried viewing it on other browsers, including refreshing but still no luck.

My friend borrowed my phone for her dailies and Crim worked fine for her in the same browser where it wouldn't work for me a few seconds ago. Something going on with brand new users and Crim.
