It does not matter if I have cleared my cache or restarted my browser, whenever I click on Crim the following message appears:

After looking through the last several pages I realize my issue isn't nearly as bad as not being able to access her at all, but ah, it appears she keeps asking for those mysterious paper scraps way more frequently than normal. As in she asks for maybe 2-4 an hour.

I joined four days ago, and despite using several different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE), clearing my cache and logging out and in again, I have not yet been able to access Crim's Cart.
Everytime I click on it, it immediately takes me to an error page and says that this is the problem:

Followed all recommended steps several times. Doesn't work for me on my laptop or my mom's computer, but it works for her on her account on both computers. Maybe this is a new user bug?
