Lightning, ID 31683, same issue.
Only received 10 gathering turns instead of 15 (was at 100% energy right before rollover, fed again a few minutes after rollover to return directly back to 100%).

Same here, though I didn't notice until I'd spent a few turns -- I had 6 left when I'd only done 5 (so I got 11 instead of the 16 I should have), but I've never dropped below 80% ever.
