TOPIC | Clan Energy not degrading?

As far as I can tell, I seem to be the only one with this problem. My dragon's energy bars decrease, but the clan energy in the top right does not degrade. I haven't let it dip below 80% to see if that affects my bonuses, but I thought i should let you know.
