One of the larger species of its genus, it's very sturdy despite elegant appearance. It has a symbiotic relationship with fungi in the forest soil, but can also sometimes be found in open pastures, stubbornly persisting after woodland clearances.[/right] [/columns] [columns][center] And here's a picture of this gorgeous flower that I snapped in the Carpathian mountains this autumn. Once you're there, it's very hard to miss. The flowers can grow up to 5cm in size and have vibrant blue and purple colors, and the plant itself can get up to 60cm tall! It has similar properties to other plants of its genus, and can be used to make herbal bitters and a variety of medicines. But the most important thing to me personally is that it's a local wild plant that's also very pretty! I wanted to make this update earlier, but my city was hit by an apocalyptic snowstorm yesterday which tore a lot of our infrastructure apart. The winds were so strong they bent power lines like toothpicks and tore off roofs and walls off buildings. It took more than 30 hours to restore lights, heating and all other communication. But at least I saw a lot of snow for the first time since I was a kid and got a few fun pictures of trees napping on live wire on the ground, lol. And now I'm back and ready to throw even more butterfly dragons at yall! Yay! It had to happen sooner or later given the nature of this hatchery, and so here it is now — another functionality update. I created this place because I had too many pretty projects that I didn't want to go to waste once I'm done with them. If it's up to me to keep beautiful butterflies available on the market — I figured I had to do it. But not all of my project pairs are perfectly fit for each other. Quite a few are, well, not. They're still pretty by my standards though! And their children, even if they're not exactly what I'm looking for, sometimes come out pretty too!
