Hello! I've been doing various FR art for a while and figured I may as well open a shop to fund my perma baby obsession (with the added bonus of seeing and drawing pretty characters).
General Rules
I. Payment: The commission will not be started until the full payment has been sent.
II. Refunds: If I, for one reason or another, cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be issued. A full refund request from the customer will not be fulfilled if the commission has already started.
IV. Respect: Any rude interactions will not be tolerated. Said customers may have their order cancelled, without a full refund, and be barred from recommissioning me. In turn, if you feel uncomfortable with any of our interactions, don't hesitate to message me so that we can work it out.
V. Denial: I reserve the right to deny any order, but I will tell you the reason and may still fulfill the commission if the issue can be rectified. Any requests that go against FR's guidelines will obviously be denied, so... don't.
VI. Copyright: DO NOT claim any of my work as your own. If I find that my work is being sold, copied, or otherwise redistributed without proper credit and permission, the offender will be barred from recommissioning me. This rule also applies to commissions that I have done for other people, please do not take or repost them without permission from the commissioner/character's owner.

However, a partial refund may be issued if the commission is not already complete (for example: if you ordered a fully colored piece and I haven't moved on from the sketch phase, I can issue a refund minus the price of the sketch). This option will be revoked from customers that cancel orders repeatedly.
