You turned around a corner of the busy street, and reached a homey little studio
The air smelled of ink and markers, and you decided to come take a look.

Update: Oh, yes. I am aware that "Blue" is a very common name and there is another artist going by Blue, so I'm sorta changing the shop name slightly now.

Regarding Payments:
* I go by 1 USD : 100 G conversion.
* USD is always valued above G
* I will only take USD via PayPal If you pay with USD.
* I have the right to reject any commissions and choose which ones I want to do.
* Our communication will be moved to the PMs after I confirm that I will take your order.
* You don't have to pay me until the art is done.
* After the art is done, if you don't respond to me and pay me after three days, a late fee worth a dollar in USD will be added onto the price for every day you do not respond past the initial three days.
* If you are not happy with the final product, we can discuss lowering the prices, but please do not take advantage of this, and do not expect I lower the final prize by a ton.

Regarding Art:
* I am busy with life, so please be patient with me.
* I will work in a chronological order, meaning if Person A ordered art first and Person B ordered second, I will always finish Person A's piece before Person B's.
* I am able to draw all the Sornieth breeds, fantasy creatures, anthros, ferals, humanoids, and humans.
* I can draw two or more dragons/characters in one piece, but the price will rise as I am drawing more than one character.
* I refuse to draw anything that is against the FR rules.
- In clarification of the rule above, I am willing to do slight gore (a little blood and no wounds), appropriate affection (snoot bumps and hugs), but not NSWF and gory contents.
* I will not draw fan art of characters from shows or fandragons of characters from shows. I am willing to draw pieces that is not directly for you, however. (Example: You wanted to gift a piece of art to your friend.)
* Every piece I draw here will have my artistic signature on the piece. Unless You pay me, maybe, copyright fees, I will not take my signature off.
* I have the right to use the pieces with my signature on them as examples in my shop or future art sales elsewhere.

Not over common but, scenery! With your character/dragon in it. I'm still trying to figure out what I can or cannot do, and the price for this is 20 - 40 USD, depending on individual pieces.

For an added fee of 3 - 5 USD depending on how complex you wish the design to be, I can give your dragons humanoid designs. The fee will be added onto the initial prize of the humanoid drawing prizes, so if you want a colored humanoid design for a dragon, it will be 13 - 15 USD. I will ask you some questions once I accept the commission to help me translating your dragon into an OC the way you like the most. This is a great way to assign loreless dragons lore.
