Reference: Jo'Ann, who's essentially a peppy middle-aged woman with a sassy streak and little regard for her job. Here's her main reference image if you need it, though she also has green eyes. (The exact shade is up to you!)

Other: At the moment, she only has a full-color bust, but you don't have to go exclusively off that if you find that a bit restrictive. She generally has a plain sense of fashion and doesn't wear anything super fancy, but she does have a bit of a tacky side as shown by her jacket- Also, feel free to use the linked Toyhouse profile as further inspiration for characterization, or if you want more references for her!
