[*] All of my art is my intellectual property and for personal use only. Each stage is an opportunity to make changes, but only once per stage. If a background is requested, I often will work on that alongside the character. [*] Once the commission is finished, I will send the final piece. This is the last chance for any revisions. If I am told that the finished product is satisfactory, I will ask for the other 50% of payment. After this, no more revisions can be made. [*] If the commissioner is not satisfied with the finished product, I will refund no less than 30% of payment and up to 50%. [*] If I am paid and then the commissioner disappears after I have started work, I will not refund. It’s time taken away from someone else’s piece. [*] If the commissioner decides they do not want the commission anymore, and I have already started, I will only refund 25% of payment.
