its kind of hard to describe how much exactly each price would get, but i set 100kt as a baseline (like if you pay that much you'll get a colored gjinka). its complexity varies depending on how much you add to that! sometimes if i really like a character/dragon i'll unconsciously just spend a little more time on it, but i will work as hard as i can to make something i am satisfied with regardless of how much you pay! so since 200kt is double how much i set, you can expect to receive a colored/shaded gjinka headshot or bust, depending on how much detail! as for when/how for payment, i've mostly been getting crs right after i confirm that i can do the commission, but after is fine too! if you want to send a cr and have me accept it once i finish your drawing just let me know! but crs or pms both work :))
