Uh, I hope ordering directly is fine. I'd really like a gijinka of this guy and I've written lore for him, if you want a background.

His inspiration mainly comes from Arthas from World of Warcraft. If you're not comfortable doing armor, please let me know. I know his accent is a bit complicated, so I'd appreciate if you could provide me an estimate of how much he'll cost. I can also provide some reference pictures of how I see him, but I won't really mind if you take artistic freedom with the interpretation.
The armor really need not be as overly detailed as these if it's too difficult. Really, it's up to you. He can also have a helm, crown, whatever, or not at all, also up to you. Although if you do decide not to give him one, I'd prefer if he has long hair. If it's ok, I'd also request to keep his horns (just to identify him as an imperial dragon).

he's gorgeous! i'm fairly comfortable with armor, so that's no worry there.
with it being a gijinka though, i'm feeling like it would be like doing an entirely new character design as well, so there's the +200g there. i'm thinking in the 2500g range for him, because of having to render out all that finely detailed armor.
