She collects feathers, so I would like feathers incorporated into her design if possible, perhaps in her hair? I do not have any preference for hair type or face structure- just that she would be a young woman

Special requests/info: well she's the dragon for one of my dnd characters, and she's got a full bio. basically she's an elf bard, so if you were to pick her, the only thing I'd be a stickler for is elfy ears and having blonde hair! but since she is technically an OC before being a dragon, again, it's totally okay if you don't go with her :)
