Honestly I would be happy with any of your characters. I'd have to say Garon and Dervon seem pretty interesting though, particularly Dervon. I feel like I could do something pretty good with him.

Prices range a lot. I have a pretty big variety of art I offer. Traditional and digital, sketches through to full BG illustrations and also pixel art.

To give you a starting point, a fully painted character without BG (Like this: http://fav.me/dc927pv ) is about 45$ depending on complexity of the character.
