I calculated it out and this combo of stuff comes to almost exactly 3500g which is the current AH price of a lightning sprite

I want him to have a long white mane like that one, and have a mostly white body
Wings, should be black and red like they are in his human form.
He would have the same kind of horns as well.
around his legs/shoulders give him some red markings like he has on his wings and horns
