Seldom are unwelcome or unguided travelers in the Tangled Wood seen again, and even rarer are those who return from Mother Magda's. Parents of unruly hatchlings warn their broods against disobedience, for the Magda has been known to steal away naughty whelps to eat them up."

1. PayPal only for real currency sales. I'll send an invoice.
2. Payment upon completion. I will send a screenshot of the rough sketch and won't proceed any further until OK'd by the commissioner. I will send a scaled, watermarked screenshot of the final piece, and will send the commissioner the unwatermarked, full-sized final piece after payment is received.
3. If a commissioner requests major, time consuming changes, or requests changes multiple times such that it produces substantial delays to my other work, I reserve the right to move that commissioner further along the queue to complete other work in the meantime.
4. No refunds. I don't take payment until the piece is completed, and I'm not going to issue a refund on a delivered piece.
5. If I need to delay or cancel commissions, I will alert the entire queue. If I've made progress on a piece, I will hold it until I can resume commissions, or the commissioner may buy it at a reduced price if they prefer.
Note: If you want another artist to finish a partially completed piece, that's fine by me, so long as I am properly credited.
6. Art is just a hobby for me, and I prioritize work and my family above it. Please understand that I may be away from the computer or without internet/access to my desktop (where all my art stuff is) for extended periods if real life calls me away.
