Apparel: (no/which) well currently he has no apparel but it's okay because bustshot XD if you feel like drawing a cyan neck bow you could though~
Style: (solid/colored) solid.
Color: (if solid) colour pick from the dragon himself. either the orange or the cyan(uhh desaturate and darken it a little if you want this it's way too bright) depending on the mood

He's a total sucker for relationship drama and goes to a theatre school. He's too poor to afford anything including mouthwash and has a boyfriend named Chad, who is also many of these qualities, except that Chad is stinking rich and pays for Reg's school fees. Constantly quarrels. bickers with bf, claims he wants a breakup but really doesnt. clingy~
