The 1st version of the gif is 28 frames long, the 2nd is 14 frames long. In my opinion, the shorter one looks better because it only needs to be a bit adjusted to reach the right tallness. That'll be 6k treasure / 7 gems.

There is no limit, you can order as many gifs, as you'd like. You can even order all ten in one post if you wish to shorten the time by not having to wait for a reply separately for all gifs.

Shrinking and mirroring cost no extra, but I can't keep the background and shrink only the character in the middle. That would require redrawing the background partially. I'll try my best to make the whole character visible without cropping body parts out though :)
