X. All prices are subject to change based according to complexity, size, and difficulty of each individual piece.
X. Clear and concise visual reference/description must be provided by the Client. After given said things, I can give a quote.
X. The Client must pay in full before work will be started.
X. USD payments only through PayPal.
X. The Client is allowed to ask 5 times for something to be fixed, after that it will cost extra.
X. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission, before the line-art stage is finished, they will be refunded 50% of what they initially paid. If the commission is past the line-art stage no refund will be given. Sorry!
X. I have the right to cancel or decline any commission, before or after payment if the Client does not have good communication, and is rude or inappropriate.
X. I will update the Client whenever the next stage of the commission is done, but if the Client is worried then they may ask for an update whenever.
X. The Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be a unwatermarked version of the artwork.
X. I reserve the right to re-post the art in question on any personal websites as an example of my artwork. I reserves the right to make reproductions (prints) of the artwork at my discretion. The client has the right to negotiate a price to purchase the rights of the image so as to prevent future print sales of the image. I will not sell prints of any work commissioned from me until I ask my client's, since I care more about being polite and not causing any problems with my client's.
X. A fourm must be sent to me within two days or the slot will be re-opened.
X. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
X. All FR rules must also be followed.
[i]When I am finished with a commission please either ask for the .jpeg file or download the picture onto your computer with the watermarks! I do not always keep the files for a commission a week after finishing it, unless it is being used for examples for the shop! [/i]
