I was a little rusty when it came to saving the file, turns out they had changed how to animate in Photoshop between CS3 and CS6, but I think you'll be pleased!
I just loved the red and purple together~ (•Ì€á´—•Ì)Ùˆ Ì‘Ì‘ Passion and royalty!

The animation runs forever and loops every 6 seconds with 4 individual frames to give her a smooth blinking animation. And I can always tweak it for free if your not 100% satisfied!
