Have you sent a support ticket yet? I would consider doing that, they may be able to reimburse you with the missing eggs.

@SheCat If Galore isn't giving you something, you should probably reach out to the site's support team to see if they can fix it. Other users may be having the same problem. There's a support link in at the bottom of the links on the left-hand side of your screen, under "Library."
