Sure! Just a heads up, I try to do purist pixel art so I typically don't use transparency or overlay effects, so he might end up looking a bit brighter than a typical stained dragon since I'll just be using his colors as a basis, but I'll do my best.

Hi! Not at the moment, I have someone ahead of you (not an imp, a business logo comm from a friend) and even then I've had to put a pause on things because of classes. If you'd like a refund, I can get some gems to pay you back with once I get my disability payment (likely in a day or two). Otherwise I can try to have it done in a week or two.
