Does it matter if they have clothes or a skin on?

It doesn't matter. I usually get the dragon's ID number and use the scrying workshop to find their color so that I can match it up on my computer program. If they have a skin I can either try and match the colors of the skin (I won't be able to match the artwork) OR I can try to match the dragon underneath the skin. I don't include clothes or skins, but you don't have to take it off.

It counts as basic and I can't do outfits but I will get to work on those two asap!
