If I've already paid for a specific shelf (SH1L), can I use that across all my dragon bios, or do I need to pay for it again each time?

It was an extra slot I offered as a courtesy for a person missing the slots by a hair and not one of the main slots I opened, so I hadn't thought to have it available :0 (I opened 12 slots originally, that was the 13th extra slot) ...but eh sure, I'm a little busy atm but if you don't mind possibly waiting a few days you could have the slot? 5 books maximum. c:
