From a wind-buffeted lair of the aerial villages in the Cloudsong hails a Wildclaw who hearkens to his ancient roots in the Shrieking Wilds. To these emerald, beflowered havens of life, Estival brings the restless and vibrant nature of a Wind dragon while retaining the daring and confident manner typical of Wildclaws. However, when it comes to the dog-eat-dog worldview of a Wildclaw, Estival could not be less loyal to his breed. He is the kind of dragon who rejoices in all life, celebrating and nurturing it wherever he encounters it. While he is quite appreciative of every creature that chatters and buzzes in the verdant rainforest canopies, his favorite living things are in fact plants. His collection of tropical flowers is one of the largest in Sornieth, a detail that he manages to weave into a lot of conversations. Estival's vesture reflects his attitude towards life- bold, proud, and full of color. He carries himself with the combined acuity and ease of one who wishes to live every second to the fullest, but is not panicked by the passage of the days. He is good at making friends, but does not enjoy the company of dull dragons, preferring to surround himself with scholars, travelers, and collectors. In a conversation his voice is not typically the loudest, but is one of those that dragons are inclined to listen to, clear and vivacious. Not everything he says is always completely thought out, however, and for this reason he is grateful for his mate, Infinity. The gracious Coatl, older and more refined than he, helps him to pause and run things through his head a little more before blurting out whatever is on his mind. |
