KODACHI, THE TEMPERED... “Where is my sword, you ask? You are mistaken, I am the sword.” Kodachi is a serious dragon with a sharp mind. He is known to use that mind for creating brilliant strategies on the battlefield. He thinks of tactics during times of fighting or conflict, and is usually the first to put a plan into action on the front lines. This has earned him the title of "Commander". Commander Kodachi swiftly approaches his enemies and cuts them down, showing his resolve and ferocity. Behind those ember eyes lies a wicked temper waiting to be revealed. Make no mistake, when his lair is threatened you will see the sharp end of his obsidian claws. Kodachi was born into the fire flight and has a fiery personality to match it. He ran rampant in his younger years before he learnt to control that fire, turning it into a deadly weapon. That weapon grows stronger and sharper with every battle, waiting to be unleashed again. His hot spirit has never diminished even after joining a lair in the Southern Icefields. |

HIS COMPANION... Katana is the Commander's loyal companion. Some people would underestimate this familiar as a mere animal, but they might live to regret it. The Smoky Bantam is as smart as any dragon. This familiar is fierce and serious just like its master. It will often take up surveillance, protection, battle, and messenger duties that will aid the clan. Kodachi assigns missions of the utmost importance to his loyal friend. Several intense battles have been decided by Katana's timely assistance. Katana is the most highly regarded familiar in the clan, and in other clans it is viewed as the Commander's personal emissary. |

HIS DESIRE... One day Kodachi wishes to show off the true nature of his ferocity with a frightening Obsidian glimmer belly that puts fear into the hearts of his enemies. He truly believes that the glistening black colour will speak to the souls of his enemies. Their souls will scream "run away... run away!!" He has never been one to seek attention from others, but this is his unspoken desire to have pride in his "true form," and to one day use it to attract a mate while showing off his prowess on the battlefield. His desire is to be as beautiful, and as deadly, as the moonless night sky... |
On 18/02/2016 his desire for Obsidian Glimmer was awarded to him by the lair spirit.
Clan lore: Kodachi is in charge or security in the Southern Skyway. It's a big station, and it comes with many safety concerns. A large volume of dragons and their companions will enter and exit the station every week, and not all of them come with the best intentions. Even if that isn't the case, arguments can quickly break out when so many different dragons with different ideals gather together. It's a huge headache for Kodachi to deal with. Luckily, he has a dedicated team of deputies to share this burden with. They help to manage the security of the station; both internally and externally. The dragons that sometimes cause trouble inside the station are not divert his attention away from the outside... He is continuously wary of Beastkin who wander into the station's territory.
