Biography
Like many of the older dragons who came to Clan Kaitos late, Kyril's past is a mystery. He is enough of a trained fighter to hold his own against the beastclans, but he doesn't tell the clan members where he came from or where he learned his skills. When asked, he simply smiles and continues on his way, dissuading further conversation. It is said even Isato knows little about Kyril's past.
Apart from when it comes to the mystery of his past, Kyril is the most gentledragonly male in the whole of the clan. He is known to always tip his hat to anydragon that wishes him a good day, and will always allow the other dragons to eat before himself. He was the first to settle in happily to their new home in the Shifting Expanse, having not been in the clan very long before the move from the Starfall Isles. He is a popular imperial within the clan, and has become good friends with many of the dragons, when they noticed he was around.
Kyril was always happy with his appearance, until he began to realise it made other dragons often look through him and not realise he was around, as his dull colouring made him fade into the background. He went searching for a way to change this, and found his salvation with the scholar, Niko. Niko handed him a strange scroll he had found and advised Kryil to use it during the night. Kyril nervously slept on the scroll and dreamt strange dreams that night - of rainbows the caused colours he had never even seen before to fall from the very sky. When he awoke, he was a changed dragon. His bright colouring is now hard to ignore, and he has swapped his formerly dark clothing for bright, more fashionable apparel. He refuses to get rid of his hat, however - his one concession to this being to use a lighter hat.
Recently, he has begun to hang around with Michalis - a dragon not far from his own age. The two share information and reminisce about the good old days. From Michalis, Kyril has learnt all about the former clan leaders, although he ignores the other's attempts to draw him into politics. From Kyril, Michalis has learned further techniques for use against the beastclans.
